The hotel provided a lovely breakfast basket with fresh fruit, cereal, and fresh breads. The central location of the hotel was great for walking around and exploring. the comfortable bed and great A/C made for a comfortable stay.

The sound of the boiler room in our room was quite loud and disturbed our sleep. We mentioned this to the staff, but it was not resolved.

This centrally located hotel is close to the harbor, making it convenient for exploring Ponta Delgada. the rooms are modern and spacious, with sparkling clean bathrooms. the service is efficient, with automatic check-in and effective soundproofing. the breakfast is delivered to the room with a variety of fresh bread, milk, cereal, and fruit. the hotel is right in the center, within walking distance to bars and shops.

The location couldn't be better, right in the city center and surrounded by a lot of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. It was perfect for going out at night and finding a delicious dinner. The service and staff were excellent, always attentive to every detail. The basic amenities in the rooms were perfect for a comfortable overnight stay. Speaking of the rooms, they were very spacious, modern, and clean. The only thing I would say is that they are a bit small, but that didn't bother me at all. And I loved that they delivered breakfast right to the room. It was good and fresh, though it was the same every day and not very hearty.

The staff was incredibly helpful and communicative, and even booked me a taxi that arrived on time. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, including a well-prepared breakfast.
